My name is Steven Curley and I have been a licensed massage therapist since 2007. I received my certification from the National University of Health Sciences in Lombard IL, and have been professionally practicing massage therapy ever since. After all these years, I still love my job and am proud to say I look forward to coming to work every day to help people achieve their wellness goals through massage.
Throughout my career, I’ve worked at franchise massage clinics, day spas and chiropractic offices. I’ve even had the privilege of living abroad in Germany (for two years) where I worked at a hotel spa, a physical therapy office and also as an independent contractor. During my stay in Germany I also studied the German language diligently and am proud to say that I became fluent.
The name “Liebling” is actually the German word for “favorite.”
I pride myself on listening carefully during intakes in order to be sure time is spent as relevantly and productively as possible to suit your individual needs. With that information, I can then tailor your specific massage using a combination of deep tissue, sports massage, Swedish and trigger point techniques. Whatever your wellness goals are, (even if it’s simply relaxation) I’m here to help.
